With independent grocers representing approximately 30% of the sector, exhibitors will get their products in front of key decision makers at the show.Grocery Innovations Canada is the premier grocery & specialty food show. With over 65,000-sq.-ft. of dedicated pavilions focused on the specialty food categories that are presently in high demand, including health and wellness, gourmet/artisanal, organic and local, this increased focus is pivotal in bringing out a great number of Specialty Retailers.
