This year’s conference and trade show offers more activities to connect, grow and innovate. Starting tonight, be sure to join us at the Steamworks Brew Pub (375 Water St., Vancouver) for the opening reception starting at 5:30pm.
Tomorrow, the morning conference sessions will begin at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel Ballroom at 7:15am with a breakfast. The keynotes from marketing guru Tony Chapman, and Nielsen’s Carman Allison will give you a sense of your business challenges and opportunities in the sector.
Also, there’s a host of sessions on the trade floor not to miss over the two-day event. Be sure to drop by the trade floor stage area Monday for learning sessions on food retail waste and e-commerce at 1:00pm and 2:30pm.
Don’t miss the exciting new pavilions on the trade floor (11:00am – 4:30pm): Live Well that focus on health and wellness and Canada Connect – highlighting regional products from across the country to celebrate Canada’s 150th!
The Expo floor will showcase 165 exhibitors representing all categories in the supermarket industry. We hope you take advantage of the many resources that will enhance your Show experience, including the show app (available on Google Play and App Store) and a visit to the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers’ Member Services Area (booth 909) to learn more about the many benefits of membership.
