The country’s largest grocery conference and exhibition in the West will take place April 14-15 at the Vancouver Convention Centre East Bldg. Over two days there are exclusive sessions and events not to miss. Starting Sunday, there is a market tour for registered retailers only, space limited! Stores that are a part of the tour are: Fresh St Market (Esplanade),Save on (Park & Tilford), Stong’s (Dollarton).To register, must have GSF ticket and be a CFIG retailer member. The new Category Connect 1:1 business meetings take place in the afternoon, followed by the Opening Reception. The first day of the conference will feature spotlight on independent store openings as well as Q&A with Grocery Code Adjudicator, Karen Proud with Gary Sands. See full schedule
The afternoon trade show features thousands of innovations starting with the new product showcases on display in the main hall, and pavilions featuring Canadian products coast to coast in the Canada Connect, Ontario and Buy BC pavilions. Other notable pavilions include Sustainability Sentral and First Timers.

The Monday Mix and Mingle takes place at the end of day 1. As well, the top 10 in grocery winners and a prize draw to attend GIC 2025 in Toronto Oct. 28-29, 2025 will also by drawn.
Monday night there will a dinner gala with comedian Damonde Tschritter, and CFIG Life Member honorees Peter Bowman, Saputo and Jim Hamilton, Hammy’s.
