Galleria Supermarket rings in New Year with a Hot Pot Banquet

To kick of the New Year of Rooster, Galleria Supermarket held the Lunar New Year Hot Pot Banquet on Friday Jan 20th at York Mills Galleria Supermarket.

Sharing hot pots is a popular ritual across Asia to bond and celebrate the New Year. It is meant to bring us good luck, peace, and happiness to welcome the new fresh year.

Chef and Restaurateur Sang Kim joins Galleria Supermarket, in partnership with Lee Kum Kee, to demonstrate the process of making the three traditional hot pots.
