National Scholarship Award program
Open to anyone working for a current CFIG member (retail, associate, affiliate) or be a family member of an employee of a current CFIG member, $18,000 in up for grabs. Deadline is JUNE 15, 2018. Apply Now.
Master Merchandiser Awards
This program honours and recognizes best Point-of-Sale merchandising in the grocery industry. It enables retailer and supportive manufacturers the opportunity to stimulate purchase by building effective displays, promotions and events. Deadline is AUGUST 17, 2018.
GS1 Innovator’s Award
If you are an innovative independent grocer, we want to hear about it. We invite you to apply for GS1 Canada’s Innovator’s Award. The Winner will Receive a $2,500 scholarship. Enter Now. Deadline AUGUST 1.
Independent Grocer of the Year
Although the deadline has already passed to participate this year, the Independent Grocer of the Year program is the most economic and efficient way to have your business evaluated to zone in on the areas needing improvement and address them effectively.
And of course, our two annual grocery exhibitions – Grocery Innovations Canada (October 23 & 24) in Toronto and Grocery & Specialty Food West (April 1 & 2, 2019). These events are crucial for growing business relationships, and offer education opportunities and are a must-attend for anyone in the grocery sector.
