Highland Farms invited a select group to the pre-grand opening of their latest store in Vaughan, Ont., located north of Toronto.
The 56,200 sq. ft. store features an extensive array of Kosher, organic and HMR offerings.
Charles Coppa said the clientele in the area consists of Italian as well as Russian, Jewish customers. The new store’s HMR section features over 30 dishes on a daily basis, while there’s 15 SKUS of the retailer’s private label branded sauces, breads, pizzas, and more.
Coppa says he has six butchers working in the full service, 96 ft. meat counter. Along with fresh meat, the store features an extensive deli, cheese and olive section.
