Michael Alan Dean passes away

CFIG is saddened to announce the passing of Michael Alan Dean. He passed away peacefully at the Garden Villa in Chesterville surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 28, 2017 after a long battle with liver disease and cancer.  Much loved husband of Nancy Dean (nee McMillan).  Loving father of Gordon (Pamela) and Julie (Daniel).  Cherished Grandfather of Siena, Thomas, Benjamin, Samuel, and Zacharie.  Dear brother to Robert, Murray, Greg, Jo-Anne, and Geoff.  Mike will be remembered as a businessman who from humble beginnings always worked hard and was well known across the grocery industry as a lifelong independent grocer.

Funeral Arrangements

Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home in Chesterville on Wednesday, August 2^nd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church United in Chesterville on Thursday, August 3^rd at 11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chesterville Waterfront Beautification Project would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at marsdenmclaughlin.com.
