COVID VACCINE CLINIC AT ONTARIO FOOD TERMINAL – OPEN TO ALL (18+) for FIRST, SECOND DOSE
From Tuesday, July 6 to Saturday, July 10, 2021 – there is a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at the ONTARIO FOOD TERMINAL.

Open to ALL (18+) for FIRST and SECOND VACCINE DOSE.
Clinic will be providing the MODERNA VACCINE to individuals 18 years of age and older at the time of vaccination.

ADDRESS: Ontario Food Terminal at 165 The Queensway Etobicoke, ON M8Y 1H8

DATES: Tuesday, July 6 to Saturday, July 10, 2021

HOURS: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or until vaccine supply runs out (please arrive an hour before closing)

DROP-IN: please bring your OHIP Card or other government-issued photo I.D. if possible
